Babies are born with natural swimming
reflexes and at Aqualight Babies we teach the techniques
that stimulate these natural reflexes, turning them
into conscious swimming movements.
Babies generally lose their natural swimming reflexes
between 8 and 10 months of age but if babies are introduced
to the water at this early stage of their development,
by the time they are toddling they enjoy holding on
to their parents as they swim, jump into the water,
collect toys from the bottom of the pool and some are
even able to swim a few metres unaided under water.
