Weekend Workshops are ideal for those of you wanting an insight into the Aqualight Babies technique, for anyone currently waiting to join a weekly course or for partners who cannot come to weekly sessions.

The workshops will provide you with an excellent introduction to baby swimming techniques and each course will be specifically designed for those attending, as all our classes are. The exercises will be based on your babies stage of development and you will take away baby swimming techniques that you can practice later.

Don't forget that the cost is only £30! Amazing value for money and well worth it.

Remember that these workshops will be arranged around the current Saturday lessons and do not replace them.
