• All medical conditions have been disclosed to Aqualight Babies regarding the health of you, your child or those who you have placed your child in care with for the purpose of attending swimming / yoga classes relevant to the practice of Baby Swimming / Yoga and massage.
• Responsibility for all applications of Baby Swimming / Yoga practised outside of the Aqualight Babies classes both now and in the future are borne by you and not Aqualight Babies.
• Aqualight Babies does not take any responsibility for the application of any Baby Swimming and Yoga practices described or shown in books and videos.
• The recommendations, ideas and techniques expressed and described in Aqualight Babies classes, as well as in books and videos endorsed by Aqualight Babies cannot be regarded as a substitute for the advice of qualified medical practitioners. Any uses to which the recommendations, ideas and techniques are put are solely at your discretion and risk.
• Aqualight Babies will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whilst on pool premises.
• The participation of you, your child or those who you have placed your child in care with for the purpose of attending or watching swimming classes is done so entirely at your own risk.
• All lesson times and venues are subject to change, however all participants will receive prior notice, where alternative lessons are offered no refunds will be given.
• Aqualight Babies will not be at liberty to refund money or defer your class, in the event of your inability to attend some or all of the lessons.
• Places will not be reserved without full payment, this includes a non-refundable cancellation/ deferment fee of £30.
• All babies, until they are potty trained, must wear a double nappy consisting of an inner swim nappy with a protective ‘Splash About’ or ‘Happy Nappy’ on top. Aqualight Babies reserve the right to refuse admission to the swimming pool without the appropriate swimwear.
• Following on from sickness or diarrhoea we recommend your child be clear of symptoms for 48 hours prior to attendance at class.
• Pool / Health Club specific terms and conditions are detailed on confirmation letters.
