Whatever your little one needs, Baby Swimming or Baby Yoga Aqualight Babies have pride in the way we achieve results, with respect, love and knowledge. We have classes throughout Northamptonshire from ages Birth to 4 years, your baby will amaze you in their swimming ability.

We believe every baby can reach their true potential when they have the freedom to learn with a nurturing, respectful and non- competitive environment.

When looking after yourself we have Aqua Yoga and WATSU water massage.

We are now proud to be running our Junior swimming from ages 4-8 years and Rookie Lifeguard program from ages 8-12 years

We are passionate about helping babies and parents to bond and have lifetime of love and enjoyment in and out of the water. Aqualight Babies teachers have achieved this through using the experience & knowledge gathered from all over the world and keeping up to date with latest research and implementing it into our lessons.

We relate the yoga principles of Balance, Awareness and Harmony to provide an holistic approach to your baby’s development. This will allow your baby to have the freedom in the water to learn how to swim naturally. Safety has a strong focus in our teaching and your baby will learn vital life saving techniques within a safe environment.

The Aqualight Babies program emphasizes the fact that your baby is free in the water and working at their own pace, this allows your child to develop their confidence in the water before they have a chance to develop any fear of the water.
